Blake Ludban is the VP of Technology at Tejas Production Services.  He is responsible for electrification of the company, implementing and enhancing all aspects of business processes and technology.

Prior to joining Tejas in 2020, Mr. Ludban served as Business Process Manager at Pure Safety Group, a multinational manufacturer and distributor of fall protection equipment, implementing a consolidated ERP system, reporting solutions, and numerous business process improvements.  He also worked for Valerus / SNC Lavalin for nearly 7 years, gaining an understanding of the challenges faced in both complex and repeat equipment manufacturing, as well as field service.

Blake graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelors in Industrial Technology and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
